
I love my olive oil, but what do the others say? Well, this time a tasting panel in France tried and gave me a gold medal for it´s quality. Heres what they say:
“With its beautiful bright yellow color, almost fluorescent, quite strong, very appetizing, this olive oil invites tasting. Its warm, intense nose of freshly pressed olive, artichoke and spices bewitches our nostrils. In the mouth, it is round, heady and suave as desired. The fatty flesh coats the palate with flavors, with just a hint of acidity underlined by a zest of candied citrus fruits that tickles the palate and prolongs the pleasure. A little fresh hay and lemon thyme punctuate the tasting. Superb olive oil to use as a raw seasoning to enhance a fish tartare”
